How can I check the status of my order?
You can view all updates and tracking information by logging into your account and navigating to the Orders section. This page shows the latest status of every order you’ve placed with BluePeak.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your order confirmation or tracking details will indicate which carrier is handling your shipment.

Can I track my order directly with the carrier?
Yes! You can visit the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) and enter your tracking number for real-time updates on your shipment.

What should I do if I notice a mistake with my order?
If you see any errors with your current order, please email our shipping team within 24 hours of placing your order at shipping@bluepeakofficial.com so we can correct it as quickly as possible.

When do you announce the winner?
Once the giveaway ends, all entries are sent to ViralSweep, our sweepstakes administrator, who conducts a random computerized drawing. This drawing is usually completed within 1–2 days. After the winner is determined, we will notify them via email and announce the winner on our website and social media channels.

How will I know if I am a winner?
If you are selected as a potential winner, we will contact you via the email address you provided on your order or entry form. All official winner notifications come from prizes@bluepeakofficial.com. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or make a payment to claim your prize.

Important Safety Note:
Our social media pages are not verified with a blue checkmark as of right now. If anyone contacts you claiming to be BluePeak or a representative and appears suspicious, please email us immediately at support@bluepeakofficial.com so we can investigate.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are not able to fulfill orders to other countries.

Can I use a freight forwarding or package forwarding service to ship internationally?
Currently, we do not support orders sent through forwarding services. All orders must have a U.S. or Canadian shipping address.

Will you expand to other countries in the future?
We hope to offer international shipping to more regions in the future. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on any shipping expansions.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You are responsible for paying any applicable state or local sales tax based on your location.

I have a question about my charges.
You can review your orders by clicking “My Account / Order Status” at the top right of our site. Compare your order history with your financial records, and if you still have questions, contact our customer service team for assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt or invoice.
Invoices can be printed directly from your account. Simply go to “My Account / Order Status” at the top right of our site.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits typically take 7–10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to the shipment of your item(s).

Canadian foreign currency transaction fees
If you are shopping from Canada, check with your credit card provider, Amazon Pay, or PayPal regarding any foreign currency transaction fees. BluePeak does not charge any additional fees. All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and your bank or payment provider will convert the price to your local currency using real-time exchange rates.

To find the product(s) you’re looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

HOW DO I NAVIGATE THE SITE?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You’ll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an “arrow”. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. HOW DO I USE A COUPON?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
